Zalc Arquitetura 將位於巴西聖保羅 Perdizes 區、面積約 1,076 平方英尺的公寓重新構想設計，打造成一個大膽融合工業風與現代感的空間。這間名為 FM Apartment 的公寓，透過鮮明的色彩、手工細節，以及強調連結與彈性的開放式格局，充分展現出住戶的創意生活風格。

首要目標之一，是打造廚房、露台與客廳之間流暢的動線。為此，建築師將戶外空間與主要的社交區整合，創造出更寬敞明亮的生活環境。

在私領域部分，主臥套房如今配備了與臥室無縫連接的浴室，營造出如飯店般的舒適體驗。其他調整則包括重新配置客用浴室的尺寸，讓盥洗空間與玄關更為寬敞大方。

色彩在塑造這間公寓個性中扮演了關鍵角色。玄關與浴室採用手工製作的鈷藍色水泥花磚，大膽鮮明的色調立即吸引目光，為整體室內空間定下強烈的基調。
